Overview

FACTORY EDITION

For 2024, our engineers focused on rider customization – allowing racers to set the power the way they like it, by using the new Connectivity Unit. Once it’s paired with the new GASGAS+ app on a phone, it’s super easy to adjust the power delivery to create your very own engine map, based on how you like to ride. Put simply, this is factory bike tech as standard. Finishing the bike off are the very best Technical Accessories, new Dunlop MX34 tires, and the latest Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GASGAS Factory Racing graphics.

BODYWORK

This Factory Edition’s bodywork not only looks awesome, but it helps you to ride awesome too! A modern rider triangle makes your movement on the bike super easy and with plenty of touch points for gripping the bike with your legs, you’ll benefit from reduced fatigue, which means increased riding time. The larger rear fender keeps more mud at bay while the front fender blends nicely into the front number plate. Topping things off is a red tank cover and a new seat cover, which features additional ribs to keep you planted firmly in place as you get on the gas!

FRAME

So much testing and development went into designing and building our frames last year, but that doesn’t mean our engineers haven’t worked on refining things even further! New, redesigned motor mounts, finished with a black anodizing for a true race team look, improve chassis flex while retaining the bike’s straight-line stability. Around the shock mounting area, new cut outs in the frame, together with a slightly thinner wall thickness at the front of the chassis, reduces overall weight. With all these revisions, the bike is now much more settled when entering corners.

The MC 450F Factory Edition is fitted with the latest and best 450cc motor we've ever made. It's super-compact, lighter, improves handling, and our engineers have made it even easier to work on. You're gonna love it!

BREMBO BRAKES

It’s all well and good having a super-fast dirt bike, but even the fastest riders need to slow down from time to time! This is why we’ve fitted a race-tested Semi-floating Front Disc up front, to ensure incredible stopping power and to make sure you hit your line through every corner. And for continued performance, it’s protected by a Factory Racing Brake Disc Guard made from lightweight and strong 2K carbon composite. At the rear, a new and stronger brake pedal improves durability while a Brembo caliper and a brake disc designed exclusively for GASGAS takes care of business.

MAP SWITCH SELECT

Customize the power delivery to suit your style with the Map Select Switch. With a simple press of a button, you can choose from either the stock map for a smooth and controllable power delivery, or the aggressive map for those who like a harder hit. Using the switch, you’ll also be able to activate traction control for slippery circuits, launch control for nailing perfect starts, and the quickshifter for super-smooth upshifts, even when you’re wide open!

The 450cc engine is the ultimate powerhouse when it comes to GASGAS's competitive motocross range. Its compact, lightweight design features a single overhead camshaft cylinder head, fueled by the latest electronic injection system. This enables the impressive 63hp to be distributed extremely efficiently throughout the rev range. Even with its super-beneficial electric starter this model is still the lightest 450 cc engine on the MX market.

Effective Heat Control

Maintaining the optimal engine temperature is crucial to ensuring consistent horsepower throughout the ride. The GASGAS MC 450F features radiators which are positioned for a lower the center of gravity. Their design matches the shrouds perfectly and offers a great slim feel to the ergonomics. By using CFD technology (computational fluid dynamics) together with a clever coolant circuit routing, the innovative system ensures the optimum engine temperature for the highest performance, no matter what the conditions. The radiators also feature special protectors that don't only serve as protection from flying rocks and debris but also as a brace that disperses energy around the radiators in the event of an impact.

Exhaust

Tuned for Power

When it comes to power delivery and performance, the exhaust on all 4-stroke models plays a key role and packs a punch that is hard to beat. It features a model specific header pipe with an advanced resonator called FDH (Flow Design Header), which is a small chamber around the pipe. The design allows the exhaust to be disassembled without removing the shock absorber and also provides better access to the shock. The aluminum sleeve, end cap and internal design of the silencer allows for slimmer ergonomics, making the bike feel narrower, without compromise to regulatory noise limits.

Superior Core Stability

As with the entire GASGAS MC range, the frame on the GASGAS MC 450F is professionally crafted from hydro-formed chromium molybdenum steel tubes that are robot welded to ensure the highest levels of consistent quality. The precisely calculated stiffness of the frame delivers responsive handling and works perfectly with the suspension to provide excellent agility and high-speed stability. All 2023 GASGAS MC frames feature a highly durable powder coating and come with standard frame protectors. The subframe is made from lightweight aluminum and provides great feeling for the rider, as well as easy movement across the seat.
