Ride the smarter line

For 2025, multiple engine, suspension, and frame updates refine the power and handling to enhance the riding experience for both professional and amateur riders alike. With updates to the WP suspension and rear shock linkage improving handling, the FC 350 remains as one of the most capable motocross bikes on the market. Ergonomic bodywork offers free and easy movement, with new white and blue graphics completing the revisions for 2025.

AIRBOX

Designed to provide maximum airflow, the air filter box is designed with precisely positioned inlet ducts aimed at preventing air deformation and maintaining filter protection. The Twin Air filter and air filter support design feature a simple fail-proof mounting system for safe and accurate filter installation, ensuring the air filter is easily accessed, without tools, by removing the left side panel, for easy track-side maintenance. A vented air filter box cover is also included for all TC and FC models in the by-pack.

Engine

The FC 350 engine is designed to deliver maximum performance with all major engine components and shaft arrangements positioned to enhance overall handling. Weighing just 27.2 kg, the 350 cc 57 hp 4-stroke engine centralises mass and aids the anti-squat behaviour of the whole chassis.Added service markers on the engine (?) clearly show where to use washers, making maintenance and service easier than in the past.

Styling

The new bodywork has been designed to allow riders to perform at their very best for extended periods of time. Following countless hours of testing and refinements, the larger contact points and surfaces in the rider triangle enhance comfort, which in turn helps to reduce fatigue. A higher, wider seat offers unrestricted movement with revised tank shrouds and a high grip cover ensuring riders stay firmly in place under hard acceleration.

Chassis and Suspension

For 2025, the frame around the shock mount and steering head has less material, with revised wall thickness in higher stress areas improving overall strength. Together, these changes reduce the weight of the frame by 300 g for improved cornering, unparalleled rider feedback, and energy absorption. New engine mounts with cut-outs improve chassis flex characteristics, reduce weight, and contribute to confidence inspiring stability. The frame is finished with a premium metallic blue powder coating with frame protectors offering superior protection, durability, and grip in any condition.
