The next evolution in motocross technology

The lightweight engine is the benchmark of its class, delivering more torque than any other 250 cc 2-stroke and is housed inside a revised chromium molybdenum frame that improves cornering agility and comfort. An electric start makes starting easy while updated WP suspension settings and a revised shock linkage offer more flex for unrivalled performance on track. Revised bodywork, finished with subtle, Swedish-inspired graphics that are applied using in-mold technology for a stylish and long-lasting finish, ensures unrestricted movement for reduced fatigue.

Performance

The Husqvarna TC 250 has always represented the very best of unsurpassed power and lightweight construction. The simplicity and low maintenance cost of the 2-stroke motor have made it a favourite amongst motocross riders for generations. For 2025, The Husqvarna TC 250 enters the race paddocks with an overall engine weight of only 23.9 kg, setting the TC 250 engine as the benchmark in the highly competitive 250 cc class.

EFI + Power Valve

With EFI comes great rideability. Along with electronic fuel injection is an electronic power valve on the Husqvarna TC 250 allowing for more usable power throughout the rev range. Smoother power means better traction. Better traction means holeshot heaven!

Selectable Maps

The 2025Husqvarna TC 250 features a map selecting switch allowing the racer to switch between 2 engine maps. The White Map (Map 1) provides linear, predictable power delivery ideally suited to attach hard-packed dirt with a leaner air-fuel mixture. Alternatively, the Green Map (Map 2) is tuned for loose, thick sandy conditions with a richer mix.

Electric Start

Picture this; You're 78 laps into an absolute ripper of a race. You miss your line and end up stalling in a deep rut. But you don't sweat it. All you do is press the starter button and you blast off again to take the final flag. This is the reality on the 2025 Husqvarna TC 250. Thanks to a 12.8V 2 Ah lithium ion battery is placed under the rider's seat, a high-quality stator & pickup and super robust design, the only thing you'll be kicking - is ass.
