We’ve always had an awesome servicing option for our customers, current and new, that we are super proud of. However, we don’t talk about it as much as we should, so here is us sharing more about it now. It’s timely, because we have put a lot of blood, sweat, tears and grit into creating an even greater experience with servicing: expansion of our spaces, tweaks to our processes and continuing our ever present highly qualified servicing crew of mechanics. Here are the biggest updates to our workshop, parts and repairs service.
We’re expanding into a bigger workshop, which means we can stock more parts, offer more concurrent repairs and have more space, generally to conduct our servicing (while we’ve always taken great care of your bikes, we now can do so to an even higher standard. We want to really expand this part of our business to fit with the demand we’ve been experiencing for it; there’s nothing worse than not having the space or capacity to get a service done in a timely manner, so we fixed it with a brand new workshop space coming at the end of June 2022!
With the bigger space we’ve been able to onboard more talented mechanics to perform our servicing, meaning we have more availability and so quicker turnaround times. We will also be working in a bigger and more efficient space and this has made a huge difference already to so many of our customers who are always mega keen to jump back on, ASAP. While the wait and turnaround times are a lot quicker now, there has been no change to the exceptional service and skill that goes into getting your bike into as new condition as possible.
We try to accommodate the needs of all our customers, and future customers, by supplying as many spare parts for as many makes of our models as possible. We have always been good at keeping up with demand, but we’re also constantly improving this service and expanding what we offer.
