Do we really need to say ‘What a year!’. We all know it. It’s been a whole thing and we’re ready for a new script, 2022. But, in all seriousness… What. A. Year.
Like so many Australians (home and afar), we’ve experienced the ups and downs of business worries, border closures, area bubbles, boredom and confusion. But, we kept afloat. Maybe not on a Sea-Doo, with water further than 5km away, but we kept afloat. We’d say ‘We did it!’, but we can’t do that without first including YOU.
Without the unwavering and loyal support of you guys, our wonderful customers, we could have been a sad closure statistic. Our business hinges on your love for the outdoors, and there we found ourselves, exclusively indoors. We won’t lie, we got a little scared.
We worked hard to keep you inspired, entertained, interested and filled with hope that there was a light at the end of the tunnel (that included a throttle and an engine, of course). You didn’t leave us. You kept ordering, buying parts, using our maintenance and servicing workshop, checking in on us and engaging with our social media. To say we’re grateful doesn’t really cut it, but there’s no words to fully express our gratitude.
Just know, we’ll never forget it. You’ll see it come through with every interaction, online and in store. You’ll see it in our continued dedication to offering the best watersport, powersport, motorcycles and power equipment in the industry, at the highest quality. You’ll see it when you see our faces, busting at the seams with a smile. THANK YOU.
We’d also like to make a special mention to our incredible team. This year would not have worked out for us if not for their consistent determination, dedication and second-to-none work ethic. Being a small business in one of the hardest hit areas in the country, it wasn’t easy. But, we got there with a strong team and a stronger bond. Sutto’s is truly a family, and we stuck together through the tough times with the same enthusiasm we enjoy the best of times.
With that, we look forward to 2022, whatever it has to throw at us. Maybe it surprises us, and maybe it replays the record… We can’t know what it holds, but we now know what we’re made of. Here’s to tying 2021 off by celebrating with our loved ones, however and wherever that may be, and giving a big old cheers to ourselves and each other.
