The new gen of KTM EXC has arrived for 2024!

Motorcycles

Biiiig news, guys. There has been an overhaul to the KTM EXC Enduro range for next year, and it’s quite epic.

Sutto’s are going to have these ready for order/pre-order later this year, with a demo day to come!

When we heard that this was in the works, we had wondered how different they could possibly make them. Well… they showed us! The new Enduro bikes feature 95 per cent new components including all new frame, refined body work, enhanced suspension and new technologies throughout the bike’s functions.

What upgrades can we expect in the new range?

Frame changes

The two- and four-stroke models the new range includes a laser-cut, hydro-formed, robot welded frame to give an awesome feedback and stability experience for the rider.

The lightweight 2-piece polyamide/aluminium subframe and new bodywork were shaped from the Red Bull KTM factory, making the bike more easily accessible for a range of riders and skill levels.

Crafted from premium materials derived from KTM’s expert knowledge on elite off road racing, the 4-stroke range includes carbon fibre, titanium, and high-strength anodization processes, every component has been meticulously designed to exceed expectations on the track.

High tech advancements

The 2024 Enduro has top-of-the line technological advancements that will bring a new level of skill to the race circuit. For the 2-stroke these innovations include enhanced chassis dynamics, groundbreaking electronic upgrades, and unmatched power plants.

Closed-cartridge spring fork

Brand new 48mm WP XACT closed-cartridge spring fork for a more race ready feel.

Improved handling

The 250 EXC-F, 350 EXC-F, 450 EXC-F, and 500 EXC-F models have significantly  improved their centre of gravity, achieved by tilting the engine two degrees backward and repositioning the front sprocket 3mm lower. Traction control optional, along with the pioneering quick shift function, controlled by a redesigned map switch. A first for Enduro four-stroke.

Suspension system

In an industry first, the new suspension system sets an unparalleled standard by offering fully adjustable compression and damping at both ends. What sets it apart is the remarkable convenience of hand clickers, eliminating the requirement for additional tools. Additionally, fine-tuning the easy  preload adjustability, ensuring effortless customisation.

Throttle Body injection and electronic power valve for 2 strokes

Fuel and oil fed through the New Keihin throttle body with mixtures controlled by the ecu and exhaust gases taken care of by the electronic power valve to deliver consistent power in all conditions.

Body work

Enhancing the functionality of the front fender, we have incorporated new design mud-repelling fins. These fins effectively deflect dirt and mud away from the rider and radiators, ensuring a cleaner and smoother ride. To further optimise the riding experience, they introduced transparent polythene (XPE) fuel tanks with capacities of 8.3 litres for 4-stroke engines and 8.9 litres for 2-stroke engines. These transparent tanks allow for effortless monitoring of the fuel level, providing added convenience. Together, these upgrades form a comprehensive bodywork package that combines practicality with innovation.

We are expecting the KTM EXC and EXC-F ranges to hit our stores in September 2023!
