5 top riding circuits and trails in NSW

Motorcycles  /  Powersports

Not that mud isn’t fun to rev through, but it's a great reprieve from the incessant winter rain as spring kicks into gear. With that, we’re gunning to get out onto some of our favourite circuits and trails across the state. While not an exhaustive list (we promise to continue to share our top spots!), it’s some of the best we’ve ridden on over the last few years. So, when you can, jump on, ride out and keep the circuit and ride trail scene alive.

Binacrombi, Taralga

With over 500 acres of trails and ride tracks along the Abercrombie River, Binacrombi is a top spot to ride for beginners as well as lifers; we’re particularly keen on the Enduro track challenge, which offers heaps of hills and hurdles to play over and around. The one way track makes it safe and super easy to navigate, and it’s clearly marked so you can’t get lost (except in the fun of it). It’s great fun for the whole family, and after you’ve had a ride you can cap it off with a BBQ lunch and swim in the river. Perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday.

Lochmaree motorbike park

Lochmaree property is along the Blue Mountains National Park and sits on a whopping 2300 acres of clearly marked enduro trails that weave through incredible picture perfect landscapes. It’s such a cool sensory experience riding through here; the feeling of hitting a good track is typically soul-souring enough, but there’s something about this part of the state that makes it an extra special experience. There is 2km of motocross track, and an enduro cross track that includes a ski jump if you’re keen for a thrill. Definitely book if you want to ride at Lochmaree as they limit rider numbers at any one time to ensure safety.

Pacific Park Motorcycle Complex

Pacific Park Motorcycle Complex is a great dirt bike track located near Cattai in South Maroota. It’s really popular and super fun for the whole family. They’ve got a purpose built kids’ learning space for little newbies, and another for toddlers and more experienced tike riders. Additionally, there’s also tracks for the adults to practice, or just have fun, on. Highly recommended for a top day out, or you can make a weekend of it with camping options.

Louee Enduro and Motocross Complex

Three hours from Newcastle and Sydney, Louee Enduro and Motocross Complex is a true all-in experience for riding families, and individuals. You can camp or stay in a cabin, and enjoy one of the five motocross tracks, plus designated areas for the kids and/or beginner riders. There’s 150km of off road riding space, as well as workshops, bike washing facilities, storage and an onsite canteen.

Nowra Motoplex

Sitting on 1000 acres, Nowra Motoplex is a fun and safe riding opportunity for the family, run by Motorcycling NSW. The motocross track and junior track that the owners take incredible care of, so you know you’re riding on a really quality surface with few surprises along the way. Don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s too easy to be fun… the twists and turns of the loops are as adrenaline pumping as ever and some genuinely challenging areas on the more advanced areas.
