HEAVY-DUTY MAINTENANCE MACHINE

The 21 inch Heavy-Duty Commercial mower delivers the performance Toro is known for and has features to help get more jobs done. This mower features a unique, tapered deck design with a generous discharge tunnel that promotes superior air flow and maximum suction. Clippings are efficiently fed and densely packed into a large, commercially reinforced, easy-dump bag.

Premium Kawasaki Engine

Powered by a premium commercial-grade Kawasaki FJ180V KAI engine featuring a sealed, maintenance-free transmission, heavy-duty air filter, spin-on oil filter, and a 1 gallon fuel tank.

Blade Brake Clutch System

Allows the operator to disengage the blades without shutting down the engine. Ideal in bagging situations when you need to empy the bag or to pick up an obstacle that's in your path.

4-Point Height of Cut

The robust design provides maximum life and durability. Front spring arms are contained within the wheels for ultimate protection. Cut in more conditions with heights ranging from 1" to 4.5"

Commercial-Grade Wheels

Tough co-polymer wheels feature precision ball bearings for long life with less downtime and lower replacement costs. These large 9" x 2" wheels also provide a light footprint that is easy on the turf.

Rear Bagging System

The wide opening and ramped profile of the tunnel maximize bag fill.

Easy Empty Bag

The large 2.1 bushel bag feaures an easy-empty design, making quick work of clipping disposal.

Recycler® Cutting System

This patented cutting system cuts and recuts grass clippings into fine mulch and directs them deep into the turf to provide a "just bagged" appearance.

Steel Deck Wear Plate

Extend the life of your mower deck with replaceable steel wear plates that protect against bottom and side impacts.

Kawasaki FJ180V-AM25-M, 179 cc (10.9 cubic in), 3.5 kW (4.7 hp) – corrected as per SAE J1349, four cycle, air-cooled, vertical shaft, overhead valve engine. Features include oil dipstick and fill tube, spark plug terminal cover, compression release, oil filter, pressurized lubrication, EPA-CARB emissions compliant. Cylinder fitted with a steel liner. Top mounted recoil starter.

Housing

Die cast aluminum alloy, spiral grass chamber with rear bagging. Commercial duty, high impact design.

Height of Cut

Wheels are individually adjustable by leaf spring type hand levers from 2.5 cm to 11.4 cm in eight positions.

Blade

53.1 cm long recycler blade. Heat-treated alloy steel. Tip speed is 18,000 fpm.

Controls

Blade Brake Clutch Control: To engage the blade, move the blade control bar all the way to the right and then raise it to the handle. To disengage the blade, release the blade control bar to the OFF position.

Self-Propel System: To propel the machine, lift the blade control bar to the handle.

Remote Engine Kill: Move the throttle to the rear to shut the engine off.

Transmission Speed: Ground speed is selectable by a shift lever above the transmission.

Wheels

Black plastic rims with two precision ground, sealed ball bearings.

Tyres: 22.9 x 6.03 cm (9.0 x 2.4 inch) rubber semi-pneumatic tyre.

Gearbox

Maintenance free General Transmissions with internal differential. Powder metal input pulley.
