This little red racer is a fully fledged, 6-speed dirt bike designed to give all future superstars a competitive edge. Retaining a few race-tested components such as the WP suspension, Maxxis tires, and Twin Air filter, the MC 65 only needs numbers sticking on to take it racing. It really is that good.
As you can see, the MC 65 certainly looks the business with it's all new bodywork! All red to really stand out from the crowd, it's not only vibrant, but with larger contact areas for riders to grip the bike with their legs, the new model let's riders do their thing with greater control. There's a flatter seat too which makes movement on the bike so much easier, especially for shorter riders.
With its easily detachable lightweight subframe and high-strength chromium molybdenum steel chassis, the MC 65 has a frame that delivers stability and easy handling. Allowing riders to shoot in and out of turns and feel confident attacking rough, whooped out straights, the precise mix of flex and rigidity ensures confidence inspiring handling.
For 2024, our engineers focused on maximizing the performance from the MC 65 motor without sacrificing any reliability. And they've nailed it! Built with the latest in 2-stroke technology, it's the Pressure Controlled Exhaust Valve that really helps this little bike sing! Well, that, and the close ratio 6-speed transmission, machined crankcases, hydraulic clutch, new ignition, BRISK spark plug, and revised jetting settings, which combine to make the MC 65 absolutely rip.
Make no mistake, the MC 65 is fast! So, it goes without saying that it's fitted with high performance brakes. Floating calipers from Formula, together with a 198mm waved disk up front and a 180mm waved disk at the rear, allow riders to stay on the gas longer, brake later, and never miss their line through the turns.
The GASGAS MC 65 features cutting-edge 2-stroke technology and an easy-to-shift 6-speed transmission with a hydraulic clutch. Benefitting from a reworked ignition curve, the cylinder, with its pressure-controlled exhaust valve, continues to provide class-leading power and plenty of torque.
An intelligent cooling circuit with integrated crankcase cooling and two radiators improves the heat dissipation and ensures a constant temperature balance for consistent, high performance.
The GASGAS MC 65 is fitted with a modern, fully adjustable air fork: the WP XACT AER fork. The upside-down front fork with a 35mm tube diameter and 215mm of travel ensures outstanding comfort, damping characteristics and directional stability. Another main benefit for junior riders is that the air spring fitted in the left fork leg can be adjusted perfectly to the rider's weight using a simple air pump.
The modern frame is made from lightweight, high strength chromoly steel profiles and combines maximum longitudinal stiffness with optimum torsional rigidity. It guarantees easy handling and precise cornering, but also outstanding stability.
Like the full-size GASGAS Factory racers, the MC 65 has super lightweight, black anodized, aluminum rims providing the highest strength and safety. The OEM MAXXIS knobbly tires grip superbly on any surface.
The front and rear brakes have massive 4 piston calipers that grip lightweight wave brake discs - 198 mm front and 160 mm rear. The hydraulic brake system is easy to control and ensures the best deceleration and the highest standard when it comes to performance.
